Requirements |
- Valid, signed U.S. passport, with at least 6 months remaining validity and containing at least one blank visa page.
- 1 fully completed and signed US Passport Holders Application form or
Visa Application for non-US citizens
- 1 Passport-Style photograph.
- A standard tourist confirmation from a hosting authorized Russian travel agency or a hotel, registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a voucher from your hotel or travel agency in Russia. The confirmation must contain the agency’s reference number and registration number.

- An original official letter of invitation from the Russian Ministry of the Interior, its local offices or the Russian Foreign Ministry, its or any other authorized Russian agency. The letter must contain: official seal and legal address of the agency, document registration number, date of registration, signature and name of an authorized official, travel itinerary, dates of stay, names of persons invited. We reserve the right to request originals of letters of invitation.
- Business letter addressed to the embassy from the USA on an official letterhead from the employer stating fully financial responsibility and stating the exact purpose of the trip .
- HIV test is required for student or work visas.
