Visa to China

1. Valid United States Passport

Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps. The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for.

2. Completed Visa Application visa-forms/

Download , print, fully complete, and sign one copy of the China application form.

3. Passport-Style Photographs

You must provide one identical passport photographs that meet Passport Photograph Regulations.

4. invitation letter from host in China, fax copy is acceptable (for business visa only)

5. Company letter of intent and financial guarantee, addressed to Consulate of China (for business visa only)

6. Consular fees

For single, double and multiple entry visa fee is $130.00 four business day
For next day process $150.00
For same day expedite processing

Service and delivery fees

DMS service fee for four days is $55.00
DMS service fee for expedite process $75.00
Return FedEx $24.00 next business day, $21.00 two business day or $39.00 Saturday delivery
