Your signed
passport must be valid and with 2 adjacent blank visa pages for any
visa stamps. The passport's expiration date must be greater
than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are
applying for.

A copy of birth certificate
Effective January 15, 2010 the Indian
government requests that all applicants provide a copy of birth
certificate with parents name on it.

You must
provide a copy of ONE of the following items :
- Your
foreign travel plane ticket.
- Your
printed travel itinerary.

- Consular fee of $173.00 business visa valid for (1) one
year multiple entry
- Consular fee of $253.00 business visa valid for (5) five year multiple entry
- Consular fee of $253.00 business visa valid (10) ten years multiple entry
- Valid visa transfer from
expired passport $38.00
- Money order fee of $10.00

8.
Business Letter |
|
A business
letter of responsibility is required to be typewritten on your
company letterhead and addressed to "Indian Consulate General,
Visa Section". The letter should include, the nature of
business performed, name and address of business reference
to be visited, requesting visa for (6 month, 1 year, 5 year, 10
year), guarantee of sufficient financial support, and return to USA. The
letter must be an original and signed by the company's officer.
9. Letter
of Invitation
A signed
business letter of invitation is required from host in India,
The letter should be on the host's letterhead mention the
purpose of the applicant's trip, nature of business and the
validity of visa is required (5 year, 10 years) |
