• Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps.  The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for.

• Download , print, fully complete, and sign one copy (copies) of the Kenya application form.

• You must provide two identical passport photographs that meet Passport Photograph Regulations.

• Your printed travel itinerary.

• A business letter of responsibility is required: The letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Kenya.The letter must explain the nature of business to be performed. The letter must be on company letterhead and signed by someone at your company other than you.

• Kenyan consular fee of $25.00 single entry
• Kenyan consular fee of $50.00 six months multiple entry
• Kenyan  consular fee of $20.00 for rush process with 24-48 hours, in addition to the above fees
• DMS service fee is $55.00
• DMS service fee $75.00 for expedite processing
• Return FedEx $24.00 business day deliver
• Return FedEx $40.00 for Saturday delivery
