provide a copy of a recent bank statement or a letter from your

Letter |
A business
letter of responsibility is required:

- The
letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Liberia.
- The
letter must explain the nature of business to be performed.
- The
letter must be on company letterhead and signed by someone at
your company other than you.

International Certificate of Vaccination |
You must
obtain an International Certificate of Vaccination for:
- Yellow
Fever Certificate, Good Health Cert.
These may
be obtained from your doctor. |
