visa stamps. The passport's expiration date must be greater
than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are
applying for.

letter of intent and financial guarantee, addressed to Embassy
of Pakistan, Washington, Dc stating the purpose of applicant's
trip, name and address of contact and signed by a manager,
for business visas only

invitation from host, if any
- Consular fee of $180.00 for business visa
- Consular fee of $120.00 for tourist visa
